This project is to show the key features and the analysis of ECO HOUSE 360 written by Sam Lee, 1st year Architectural Technology student at Sheridan College for the term project of Architectural Drafting 1 for professor Grazia Aquino.

ECO HOUSE 360 is a sustainable house for a single family in Milton, Ontario. It features solar-powered system, grey water system to reuse consumed water to reuse it as valuable fertilizer to garden. It has end-to-end wide windows for maximum ventilation, and V-shaped double insulated wall reinforces the house more durable and higher thermal efficiency with geo-thermal system underneath. It also has an open-to-sky greenhouse in the centre of the house which allows bringing mini forest inside the house. The final report provides its features and style, circulation and zoning of the house, construction systems and its materials with series of drawings, and the area chart with total cost of the construction etc. (Further details available upon request)
